Cancellation Policy

0-7 days before the charter date: Refunds and rescheduling are not available.
Emergency cancellations: You may reschedule for the same year as your booked date, only on Monday – Thursday during the day (excluding the Sunset and Nighttime Tours).

Weather Policy: Your charter will be canceled by your captain if the weather is inclement, for example, thunderstorms, excessive winds, or rainstorms. If your charter is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive an email voucher for the amount paid. If your charter ends early due to inclement weather, please request in writing that you wish to receive credit for the remaining time. All credit is to be used by October 31st 2026. Charters are not canceled or rescheduled due to weather forecasts or predictions. We strongly recommend our new 24-hour cancellation insurance or any other 3rd party travel insurance if you are concerned about the weather.

Rescheduled Charters Terms and Conditions: Rescheduled charters cannot be changed or canceled. You may apply the original value of your charter to an equal or lesser value charter. You may upgrade with an additional charge to any charter of more value. Rescheduled charters of a lesser value will not receive a refund. Gift Cards are non-refundable and are valid for the date purchased until October 31st 2026.
